Synopsis:
Barry consults with the speedsters of the Multiverse about the broken Speed Force and subsequent new forces arising, but none of them have experienced anything similar. Detectives Burns and Morrow are protecting the Trickster, who is going to testify against Warden Wolfe, but they are attacked by Para-Angels. Barry and Commander Cold stop the Para-Angels, but Trickster escapes during the battle, until an unknown force claims him.
