Synopsis:
Wolverine and Jessan escape a watery grave and return to Madripoor. As Roche’s men try to take over the island, they find they are up against the newest crime lord, Tyger, and her mutant enforcer. Wolverine and Jessan learn that O’Donnell has been mistaken for Tyger and been captured by Roche.
