Synopsis:
James Howlett has just killed Thomas Logan, his father’s murderer, with bone claws that have emerged from the back of his hands. Disconcerted by what is happening to him, things don’t get much better for James when his mother calls him an abomination and throws him out, right before she kills herself. His grandfather, too, has little empathy but does give Rose some money so she can take James far away, never to return. As Rose and James travel to a distant mining camp, she is concerned at his lapses in memory and astonished by his quick healing ability. She gives James’ name as “Logan.”
