Synopsis:
The blistering pace continues in the third issue of this techno sci-fi adventure epic! Following the explosive conclusion of last issue, and realizing his partner Agro Wilcox attempted to turn him into a chalk outline, GCC agent Joe Hicks finds himself bruised, bloodied and surrounded by the same people he was hired to kill. Meanwhile 300 floors above in the restricted penthouses, Manhattan GCC leader Chamberlain and his radioactive assistant Sampizi plot the destruction of the Resistance, with the introduction of street-legal smart drugs.
