Synopsis:
In “Making Waves,” a familiar face is found drowned in the middle of New York City, and the JSA discovers Batman lurking at the scene. The Justice Society want to get to the bottom of this mystery, but the World’s Greatest Detective has plans that don’t include the JSA. This story will mean the end of the membership for a veteran JSAer, as a former member returns!
