With amazing powers backing him, all free-will has been eliminated and his utopia exists merely to serve his ego. This meglomaniacal fiend has now formed a mind-controlled, super-powered police-force chosen from DC’s best heroes, created to eliminate any kind of resistance. A handful of battered JSAers must pool their waning resources to take out the worlds greatest champions before they fall under the Ultra-Humanite’s power.
