Description

Synopsis:
As the Legion accepts EarthGov’s demand that they make Earth-Man a member, scientists at the Time Institute, now relocated to Titan, attempt to view the creation of the universe, seemingly making the Ranzz twins disappear, causing the destruction of Titan, and activating a being on Oa named Dyogene, who heads to Earth and offers Earth-Man a Green Lantern ring.
