Synopsis: In this starting synopsis, Peter Parker’s life finally turns around as he lands his dream job as a researcher at Horizon Labs, achieves financial stability, and starts dating NYPD forensic specialist Carlie Cooper. However, peace is short-lived when Phil Urich becomes the new Hobgoblin, steals a dangerous sample of experimental reverbium, and uses a devastating sonic “Lunatic Laugh” that pushes Spider-Man to invent high-tech stealth and sonic suits using Horizon’s advanced resources. At the same time, classic foes like Alistair Smythe and Scorpion return with deadly new plots, forcing Peter to adopt a hardened vow that “no one dies” on his watch.
