Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and around the world by trackable Canada Post, in Gemini or secure boxes. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on where the order is going, so they are worked out from your address at checkout.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Our warehouse is not open to the public. If you live in the Burlington, Ontario area, get in touch and we will work something out.
How are the comics graded?
Every comic is graded by us. See our Grading page for what each grade means, and use the grade guide under Add to cart on each comic to see what the selected grade looks like.
Can I see more photos of a comic?
Yes. Email sales@mobicomics.ca with the comic you are interested in and we will send photos.
My order arrived damaged or never arrived.
Let us know as soon as possible. If it was damaged, keep the packaging, because we may need it to file an insurance claim. We will credit your account, refund you or reship all or part of the order. See our Returns policy.
I received the wrong item, a missing item or a misgraded item.
Email service@mobicomics.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. If we need the item back, we will reimburse basic ground shipping.
Can I return a CGC or CBCS graded comic?
No. CGC and CBCS graded comics are not returnable, so please look closely at the large, high resolution cover images before you buy.
I bought something by mistake.
Tell us within 7 days of receipt. We will ask you to return it and refund the price of the item, less a 25% restocking fee. We do not reimburse shipping on a purchase made in error.
A comic I wanted is sold out. Can I be told when it is back?
Every comic here is one of a kind, but duplicates do turn up. On a sold-out comic you can ask to be emailed if it comes back in stock. You can also save comics with the heart button, and sign up for Category Alerts to hear about new arrivals in the categories you collect.
