Synopsis:
It’s all-out action this month as I.O. agents Zach Donovan and Rocky Boorman fight against the psychic assassin known as the Viewer! As the body count rises, things get even worse when Rocky falls prey to the Viewer’s mind-bending powers and turns against International Operations. Rocky takes on Zach in a no-holds-barred battle…and then breaches White House security to assassinate the President of the United States as well!
